How long does it take for home delivery?
Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days from the time your order is confirmed. Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays, so delivery times may vary slightly depending on when your order is placed.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery within Singapore is $15. If your order totals $188 or more, delivery is on us — free of charge
I haven't received a dispatch or order confirmation email — what should I do?
If you haven't received a confirmation or dispatch email, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
Yes, we do deliver on weekends — however, weekend deliveries are only available in the evening or at night.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns if you received the wrong size due to a fulfilment error on our end. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition when sending it back.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once your return has been received and processed, refunds are typically issued within 1–2 weeks. You'll be notified once your refund has been approved.
Who pays for return postage?
If your item is defective or damaged, we'll cover the return postage for you. For all other returns, the cost of sending the item back will be at your own expense.
