Delivery
Standard delivery within Singapore is $15. Orders totalling $188 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days from the time your order is confirmed. Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays, so delivery times may vary slightly. We also deliver on weekends, though weekend deliveries are available in the evening or at night only.

Returns
We accept returns if you received the wrong size due to a fulfilment error on our end. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition when sending it back.
For defective or damaged items, we'll cover the return postage. For all other returns, the cost of sending the item back will be at your own expense.
Once your return has been received and processed, refunds are typically issued within 1–2 weeks. You'll be notified once your refund has been approved.
